Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. For express deliveries, please directly contact us by call.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹490. Orders below ₹490 have a flat ₹99 shipping fee.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide the shipping courier name and tracking ID via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon! Stay tuned for updates.

Address changes are possible only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our support team immediately at support@luxyra.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that a flat ₹100 reverse pickup charge is applicable.

Go to "My Orders" in your account, select the item, and click "Return/Exchange". We'll arrange a doorstep pickup (a flat ₹100 reverse pickup charge applies).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. You can also opt for instant store credit.

We do not offer free exchanges; a flat ₹100 reverse pickup charge is applicable. You can exchange your item for any other product available on the site of the same or higher price.

Our collection features high-quality imitation and fashion jewellery designed to look premium. We use allergen-free metals with gold and silver plating for a luxurious finish at affordable prices.

With proper care, our plating lasts a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. Store in the sustainable white standing paper pouch with ziplock provided.

Yes! All our products are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them safe for sensitive skin.

Yes! Each order comes with a care card. Key tips: store separately, avoid moisture, apply perfume before wearing jewellery, and clean with a soft cloth.

Payments & Security

We accept secure payments through PhonePe, which supports UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Netbanking. Please note that we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Absolutely. We use PhonePe, India's most trusted payment gateway, with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Yes, EMI is available on select credit cards for orders above ₹3,000. You can check EMI options at checkout.

Only one coupon code can be applied per order. However, free shipping is automatically applied on eligible orders regardless of coupons.
