How It Works

Go to My Orders, select the item, and click "Return/Exchange".

Choose a convenient date and time slot for our pickup partner.

Pack the item in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Original Payment Method: Refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
• Store Credit: Instant store credit for your next purchase (bonus 5% extra).
• Exchange: Swap for a different item of equal or greater value (pay the difference).
