Eligibility
- • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
- • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

- • Original Payment Method: Refund is processed within 5-7 business days (minus ₹100 return fee).
- • Store Credit: Instant store credit for your next purchase (bonus 5% extra).
- • Exchange: Swap for a different item of equal or greater value (pay the difference).
Exchange Processing Timelines
For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement/exchange item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
