Understanding your refund timeline and process

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are initiated once the returned item successfully reaches our facility and passes the quality inspection. The product must be unused, unaltered, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and tags.

Return & Reverse Pickup Charges

Important: A flat deduction of ₹100 will be applied to all returns and exchanges.

To ensure a smooth and secure return process for your valuable jewelry, we utilize premium, insured courier services for all reverse pickups. A nominal charge of ₹100 is deducted from your total refund amount to partially cover these reverse logistics costs.

This charge applies per order returned, regardless of the number of items in the order.

Processing Timelines

Once a refund is initiated, it will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking / UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit (Luxyra Credits): Instant

Failed or Late Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stipulated 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@luxyra.com.
